  1. Why are you changing your name?

All Million Air operators are independent owners, but we felt the time was right for us to build and manage the entrepreneurial brand we’ve always wanted to own. Our branding under Odyssey Aviation FSP allows us to expand into new markets, and provides us the opportunity to offer even more exciting amenities by setting a new standard with our top of the line facility and staff.

  1. What is going to change?

Immediate enhancements will include updating the look with changes in uniforms, colors, and signage. We will have greater flexibility to understand and react to the unique needs of our clients. We are dedicated to investing in improved facilities, training, and safety.  But we are the same people you’ve known for years, working with the same commitment and caring to ensure your travel is hassle-free.

  1. What will be the same?

We will carry a new name, but continue to operate in the same manner you are accustomed to. You will continue to receive the same caring and professional service that you have come to know and expect. Your primary contacts will remain the same, as will our services and dedication to excellent customer service.

  1. Who owns Odyssey?

Ownership and management remains the same as it was prior to the re-branding. Our new brand, “Odyssey Aviation FSP”, represents our passion for aviation and service.

  1. What is an FSP?

FSP stands for Flight Service Provider. We believe that the essence of our brand is in the quality of service we can provide. It is our people – their personalities and their training – that make the real difference in your experience.
